Day 1Hanoi Arrival (Flight)

Arrive at Noi Bai Airport. You are warmly welcomed by our team at the arrival gate. Transfer to the hotel (~ 45-min drive). Check in and have a restful overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2Hanoi Sightseeing Full Day (B, L, D)

The full-day tour takes you around Hanoi’s highlights. The sites included in the day tour in Hanoi are the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his stilt house, Presidential Palace, and the One Pillar Pagoda. You also have a chance to visit the first national university – The Temple of Literature, which dates back to the 11th century. You can learn about Buddhist practices in a serene lakeside pagoda. Visit the famous Ethnology Museum.

Back to the Old Quarter, walk through the narrow streets that were famous for its specialized craft-making guilds. The streets are named for their product or location and still bear such names nowadays.

You can experience the vibrant rush hour culture of Hanoi by taking a ride on cyclo, instead of walking. You’ll witness the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter and French Quarter’s main streets, immersing yourself in the city’s lively atmosphere.

After that, you’ll take part in a customary water puppet display that showcases Vietnamese folklore and culture.

Day 3Hanoi - Drive to Ninh Binh - Trang An boat trip - Bai Dinh Pagoda (B)

Embark on an enchanting journey from Hanoi to the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex and Bai Dinh Pagoda. Start your adventure in Hanoi, travel to Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its stunning karst landscapes, serene waterways, and hidden caves. Enjoy a boat ride through the lush, verdant scenery before heading to Bai Dinh Pagoda, the largest Buddhist complex in Vietnam. Marvel at its magnificent architecture and serene atmosphere, offering a perfect end to your cultural and spiritual exploration.

Day 4Ninh Binh - Mua Cave - Bich Dong Pagoda - Biking (B, L)

Breakfast at your hotel in Ninh Binh. We will start the day by visiting Mua Cave. The cave is compared with “Great wall of China”. Here you walk 500 steps to reach the top of Mua cave then take a lookout of a splendid overview of Ninh Binh. 

Having lunch at a local restaurant. Then, continue the journey with the ancient Bich Dong Pagoda, nestled harmoniously into the mountainside. As you explore this sacred site, you’ll be captivated by the intricate architecture and the serene ambiance that surrounds it. Take a moment to reflect and soak in the spiritual atmosphere that permeates the pagoda. Then, tretch  your legs by taking the leisure bike ride and enjoying the peaceful scenery through the lodge.

Day 5Ninh Binh - Drive to Halong for overnight cruise (B, L, D)

After breakfast, at around 8.00 am, we will pick you up to embark on a journey to the mesmerizing Halong Bay. 

On arrival, you are welcomed on board and served a mouth-watering lunch while cruising through the bay. Depending on which cruise you choose, the detailed itinerary will include a visit to karst cave, kayaking (an extra option on most of the boats, some boats have kayaking included), swimming in crystal water, and enjoying the landscape or relaxing at the sundeck. The day will end with a sumptuous dinner on board, and you will spend the night under the starry sky.

Day 6Halong - Drive back to Hanoi airport - Flight to Hue (B, L)

Wake up on the bay to the sounds of waves, fresh air, and breeze. A brand new day comes. Following breakfast, you can discover a breathtaking limestone grotto before returning to the boat for a scenic cruise back to the dock.

Your boat will arrive at the harbor by 11:30 am, and your driver is waiting to take you to the airport to take a flight to Hue. Arrive in Hue, meet our guide and driver then depart to the hotel. Overnight in Hue.

Day 7Hue - Cooking Class - City Tour (B, L)

Visit Thien Mu Pagoda – the symbol of Hue City and back to the boat for a scenic cruise to Thuy Bieu village. Arrive on Thuy Bieu, visit local market to prepare for cooking class with our chef. Come back to Thuy Bieu restaurant for a cooking class where you will prepare lunch by yourself. The rest of the day is to visit Citadel. Back to the hotel and overnight in Hue.

Day 8Hue - Drive to Hoi An (B, L)

After the morning leisure to enjoy your resort, we depart Hue for Hoi An over the scenic Hai Van Pass – meaning the Pass of Ocean Clouds, which boats a spectacular panoramic view of the central coastline from the summit, offering numerous photo opportunities. Then, we stop at Marble Mountain in Da Nang.

Once a vital seaport on par with Macau, the now-tranquil Hoi An has been incredibly well preserved. Its fascinating medley of architecturally diverse 400-year-old buildings and perfectly intact streetscapes have merited it UNESCO World Heritage Site status. Check into a hotel and leisure time. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 9Hoi An Ancient Town Half Day Tour (B)

A half-day wandering through the picturesque streets of this 16th-century trading port, where the buildings remind us of its Chinese, Japanese, French and Vietnamese architectural styles; Visit the Chinese Embassy Halls, Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda & Tan Ky House. Afternoon will be free time for shopping or relax. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 10Hoi An - Drive to Da Nang - Flight to Saigon (B, L)

Transfer to airport for morning flight to HCMC. On arrival transfer and check in to your hotel. Half-day orientation tour of Ho Chi Minh City including The Old Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, Independence Hall, War Remnants Museum and Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in HCMC.

Day 11Saigon - Cao Dai - Cu Chi (B, L)

This morning, we transferred to Tay Ninh where the Cao Dai Temple located, to observe the midday service. CaoDaism is a combination of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity. After lunch, explore the complicated network of underground tunnels in Cu Chi, which were used by the V.C and guerilla fighters during the Vietnam war. Overnight in HCMC.

Day 12Saigon - drive to Mekong Delta (B, L, D)

Discover the lush beauty of the Mekong Delta as you wind your way down narrow canals on a sampan that glides along with fruit orchards, paddy fields, and sleepy villages; visit a floating market, where vendors display the delta’s bounty of fruits and vegetables on their boats. However, busy selling and buying, they will never forget to throw you happy smiles and waves at you. Overnight onboard.

Day 13Mekong Delta - drive back to Saigon (B, L)
