Day 2 Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi Tunnels – City Tour (B,L)

Drive to Cu Chi Tunnels, explore the complicated network of underground tunnels in Cu Chi, which were used by the V.C and guerilla fighters during the Vietnam war. Lunch in local restaurant and afternoon back to HCMC and visit the highlights with The Old Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, Independence Hall, War Remnants Museum and Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Saigon

Day 3Ho Chi Minh - Vinh Long - Can Tho (B,L)

The program will start with the visit of local market. Then, an optional stop can be made at local workshops where you can see how to make rice paper, coconut candy and pop-rice, pop-corn…The rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals and enjoy a peaceful time. It is so interesting to see traditional houses made of wood and palm tree leaves and see some activities of the local farmers with an opportunity to make contacts with them and see how they catch fish…Lunch will be served at Ut Trinh home. 

After lunch, we walk around the orchards and then we will enjoy some fruit tasting while listening to traditional music. One more thing to do on this trip is biking! It will be so amazing to bike on village paths to see the local farms, houses, real-life and the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta. Say goodbye to Vinh Long then move to Can Tho. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 4Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh - Phu Quoc (B)

After breakfast, we will proceed to visit the Cai Rang floating village early in the morning. Transfer to the airport for flight to Phu Quoc island. Shuttle bus transfer to hotel, leisure beach time.

Day 7Phu Quoc - Ha Tien – Kep (B, D)

Depart Phu Quoc by speedboat to Ha Tien. Transfer to the border at The Prek Chak (Ha Tien) checkpoint is the nearest, most easily accessed border crossing from Kep/Kampot. The road from the border crossing to Kampot, for the most part, in fair condition, taking about 1h15m-2 hours to traverse, though longer in the wet season. Only 35 minutes drive from Kampot we will visit Kep city where Kep is a place to relax by the seaside and use as a base to visit nearby Rabbit Island, and explore the national park, nearby caves and rural countryside, many make a day trip of Kep, dropping over for a seafood dinner. Overnight in Kep.

Day 8Kep - Phnom Penh (B, Dinner)

This morning we leave from the road the most direct route from Kep to Phnom Penh follows National Route through Kampong Trach district. For the last couple of years, stretches of NR3 have been under construction, making alternative routes preferable. But the construction seems to be nearing completion with the vast majority of NR3 now in good condition, though there are comparatively short unfinished sections (a few km) near Phnom Penh and near Kampot. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 9PHNOM PENH (B,L)

Start a day visit the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda and National Museum. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Toul Sleng and Killing Fields and enjoy a sunset at Wat Phnom, the symbol of the city. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 10Siem Reap - Angkor Wat (B,D)

Free until transfer to the airport for morning flight to Siem Reap. Pick up and transfer to the hotel. Today you visit the sites of Angkor Thom, including Victory Gate, the Bayon, Baphuon, Phimean Akas, the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. Dinner with Apsara Show in a local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 11 Siem Reap - Angkor Wat (B,L)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Banteay Srei and well-maintained Banteay Samre, Banteay Kdei. This afternoon, we visit magnificent Angkor Wat to explore its architecture. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 12Siem Reap - Tonle Sap Lake - Departure

Enjoy the morning cruising on the famous Tonle Sap Lake to visit Kompong Pluck village before transfer to the airport departure flight.
